How to Keep Your Family Business Running Smoothly

 Most people think of business as a means to make money. And while it’s certainly true that businesses need to be profitable, there’s more to it than that. In fact, for Ben Grossman family business – like the one my grandparents started and which I’ve been a part of for four generations – business is about much more than just profit. It’s about carrying on a legacy, serving our community, and creating jobs. I wanted to share some reflections on this based on my own experiences in business.
